Team Leader: Alexander Williams

The Pastor/Parish Relationship Team   reflects biblically and theologically on the role and work of the Pastor and staff as they carry out their leadership responsibilities. The team assists the Pastor and staff in assessing their gifts and setting priorities for leadership and service. The Team meets at least bimonthly. The Pastor must be present for all meetings team meetings. The team is responsible for developing and approving all written job descriptions for paid and voluntary staff. They shall make recommendations for all salaries for staff, including the Pastor, on an annual basis to the Church council for their approval.
